Finding a Career

This department is all about gathering career finder hints, tips, and tricks. We will especially focus on your career personality and career aptitude. And when you are ready, you will find resources here to research career descriptions.

Finding a satisfying career is one of those all important tasks in life. Choosing a career right helps form a strong foundation that impacts others areas of your life too, namely your quality of life and relationships.

Your career doesn't have to be total bliss but it should not be career hell either. I mean look at what often happens to people who stay in jobs they hate…stress and health issues, negative effect on relationships, and overall poor quality of life -- what a bust!

In general, people who love their careers tend to develop their strengths either naturally or as a strategy they learn along the way. They eventually realize that not everyone can be good at everything and then consciously decide what they enjoy and excel at the most. These people learn to focus their work to make their natural talents even stronger until they possess valuable skills that they are sought out and paid well for. This our goal for all members of CareerSparksClub.com!

Myers Briggs Personality Test
Myers Briggs Personality Test The Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator® (MBTI®) is a wonderful tool for self reflection. I love to use it as part of the career exploration process. You can take the official assessment and answer some questions to be pointed to a personality type to research further, or you can self select your type with a little information and continue your research from there. . . .
